Despite the entire episode existing, I think this is one of the most sobering moments in the show.  Sherlock getting ready for his arrest.

It’s also the last time he’s in the flat, and the last time we see him put on his scarf and coat. He still does it the same way he did at the start, whilst saying the lines “I must be a difficult man to find a flatmate for.” 

Oh, you have no idea. 

How awesome would a Samantha Gamgee be, though!
